It has 1 bedroom, a double mattress, 1 living room, 1 separate bathroom, kettle, minibar, closets, WiFi, hot water, 2 Smart TVs, terrace, laundry area and park view The space Our accommodation has independent spaces: 1) A spacious room, it has a 2-seater bed with mattress, a TV with access to various platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, HBO, etc.; large closet with drawers and hooks for hanging clothes, a mirror, dryer, iron, nightstands, night lamp, 1 portable fan and a window overlooking the park, the room also has towels, toilet paper, comfortable pillows, sheets and duvet. We will also provide you with complimentary snacks, infusions and mineral water. 2) A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a 50-inch smart TV with access to various platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Disney, and Claro TV cable channels, a minibar, a kettle, mugs, glasses, board games, and some interesting books to discover. 3) A bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and toilet paper. Common areas: 1) Space with microwave, glasses, plates and utensils. 2) Rooftop, we have an outdoor space, where you can observe the city and smoking area on the rooftop of the building. 3) Laundry area, we have two tanks on the roof and clotheslines. Guest access The apartment is totally independent. There are no schedules or restrictions on check-ins and check-outs during your stay. The building has a common entrance access that is the only one you will share. The spaces are exclusive to the apartment. During your stay I am committed to my clients. I live in the same building, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note We also have a small area in the Snack Bar room for sale, to facilitate the consumption of some drinks and snacks. Consumption is handled directly with the host and is entirely optional. In front of the building, there is a park for our guests to get some fresh air. It is surrounded by some plants and flowers from the garden, which is why in the apartment in the mornings and afternoons you can hear the sound of birds singing. Unbeatable location, away from the hustle and bustle of cars, a few blocks from Metropolitan Avenue, close to restaurants, pharmacies, and wineries. We are a 4-minute drive to Trujillo's largest shopping mall: Mall Plaza, close to the best cevicherias in Trujillo, 12 minutes from the Historic Center (Plaza de Armas), 9 minutes from the world's largest mud citadel: Chan Chan (tourist attraction), 15 minutes from the Airport, and 18 minutes from the Huanchaco resort.
