Modern house near beach

Welcome to a modern 2-story house close to nice shallow beach at Lake Mälaren . Send request if you want to book during periods outside June, July, August. Nature reserve with nice trails right behind the house. 4 km to bathhouse,city center and harbor By the beach 5 minutes walk away there is a swimming area,restaurant,mini golf,playground and outdoor gym. Bus goes every 30 minutes to the city center with shops and train station. South facing patio,free parking ,many sleeping places The space House of approx. 180 sqm. Modern kitchen, large bathrooms and patio. Two floors with a total of 4 bedrooms. Ordinary Sleeps 9 people + 1 baby in travel cot. Up to 14 beds can be arranged upon supplement. of which 9 adults on regular beds and 5 children in additional beds +1 baby in travel cot ) Electric car charger is available on request. the cost of charging an electric car is added at 6 SEK per kilowatt. A request for payment for the charge will then be sent on the check-out day. BEDROOM 1 bedroom lower floor with double bed 180cm. 1 bedroom upper floor with double bed 180cm. 1 bedroom upper floor with a 120cm bed and a 90cm bed 1 sofa that can be made into 1 single bed about 70x190 cm. 1 bedroom lower floor with 3 beds 80x200 cm that stand together. 1 travel bed for baby can be put in any bedroom if desired . + in case of addition of extra beds, the sofa in the living room on the upper floor can be made into 2 beds as well as a sleeping area in the sofa in bedroom 4 when adding people. KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM Open area with Large modern kitchen / living room with dining for 6 -10 people. 4 recliner armchairs and a sofa as well as TV on the lower floor. Aquarium. BATHROOMS 1st large bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1st large bathroom with shower and washing machine/ dryer. TV ROOM TV room on the upper floor with large sofa. PARKING Parking for 2 -3 cars is available. PATIO South facing patio with dining area and hammock chair . Extra table and chairs can be arranged on request. YARD Feel free to water seedlings inside and out. feel free to taste if strawberries or anything else in the garden is ready to be harvested. WHAT TO DO IN THE VICINITY: THE BEACH A short walk away there is a sandy beach with restaurant, mini golf, playground, beach volleyball court, outdoor gym and sometimes food trucks as well as entertainment. OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL There is a nice outdoor bath with pools in Fjärdhundra. BATH HOUSE The horseradish bath is about 4 km away and is an indoor bath with relax and slide in the family bath. OBSTACLE COURSE About 100 meters from the bathhouse there is a large outdoor obstacle course.( keep walking on the walkway behind the bathhouse and you will get there ) SKATE PARK Also available outside behind the bathhouse. PLAY PARK Available by the beach and a bit further away by the area Storskogen, where a newly built large playground is located in the new residential area they will build later. either walk via the forest about 20 minutes or via the walkway about 30 minutes away. You can also take bus 21 from the stop Bredsand ( 2 stops) or the Frregattvägen stop to the stop Storskogen (the next stop) and then go past the kindergarten and continue towards the forest and you will get there. SUPERMARKET The closest regular grocery store is Stora Coop , about 4 km away towards the city center. Ica Maxi, Willys and Lidl are about 20 minutes away by car at Romberga. SHOPPING At Romberga there are in addition to the grocery stores Rusta, ÖoB, Dollarstore, Jysk, Byggmax, Blomsterlandet, Granngården, etc. Also in Enköping Centrum there are various shops. FLEA MARKET There are many flea markets in Enköping, by the harbor, behind Blomsterlandet, and a little everywhere around Enköping. Recommend searching for Loppis in Enköping so you get many nice flea markets around. Perfect for a day trip in scenic surroundings. MOOSE PARK. Gårdsjö Moose Park is recommended!! FARM SHOPS There are many cozy farm shops and cafes around Enköping, just seek out what's available through the internet. RESTAURANTS Available by the beach , by the harbor, in the city center. Many good restaurants and pizzerias throughout Enköping!
