Nestled amidst the towering jarrah forest of Dwellingup, Ularring Cottage promises an unforgettable and tranquil retreat for those seeking a rural getaway. The property, less than 90 mins from Perth, provides a comfortable haven after a day of exploring the nearby trails and natural wonders or swimming and kayaking in the property’s dam. *Please note that there are two unfenced dams on the property and therefore this property is not suitable for small children* The space Ularring is a well furnished and equipped 4 bedroom cottage on a beautiful 2.5ha property, situated 3km from Dwellingup town and surrounded by state forrest. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x King Single Bunks Bedroom 4: 2 x King Single Beds Bathroom x 1 Upstairs living space has a couch, well stocked book shelf, board games and TV. Downstairs living space has a fireplace and TV with access to Netflix. We will have the fire ready for you to light when you arrive and will also supply a small amount of firewood. Any extra firewood can be purchased from the service station in town. The kitchen is well equipped with full size oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The island bench has seating for 8 people. There is a family sized Weber BBQ available for use also. There is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. Phone reception is very limited. Satellite is installed at the property and WIFI is available for you to access the internet and be able to use your devices. The internet speed is adequate for streaming TV and general phone use. Water is from rain water tanks. Please be mindful of your water use and avoid taking long showers. Secure bike storage is available. Please let us know if you require this during your stay. Kids rumpus shed has been set up with a basketball ring and table tennis table. There are a ridiculous number of sheds on the property. The kids rumpus shed is the large shed furthest from the house. There are two dams on the property. These dams are unfenced and therefore this property is not suitable for small children. The large dam is suitable for swimming and kayaking. Kayaks are available for your use but please put them away before you leave. There is a fire pit situated next to the dam. Please check the local fire restrictions prior to lighting the outdoor fire. Guest access Guest access to the main house, the kids rumpus shed and the dam. Please let us know if you will need access to secure storage for bikes. Other things to note Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre has all your information on the local mountain biking and walking trails. Visit in person or head online. Dwellingup Store has delicious bakery goods, alcohol, a small supply of groceries, lovely gifts and an impressive lolly selection. Pinjarra (21km west of Dwellingup) has a Coles supermarket, as well as a butcher and bottle shops.
