The space The brand new apartment is located on the first floor of a small, newly restored historic building, in a convenient and quiet location close to all the services, clubs and shops of Prato's historic center. Composed of: - Living room with sofa, dining table with four comfortable chairs, 43-inch smart TV. - Kitchen complete with everything you need to cook, equipped with electric induction hob, oven and fridge with freezer. - Bedroom with double bed and 32-inch smart TV. - Second bedroom with a full-size bed. - Bathroom with shower complete with all bathroom fixtures. The heating is autonomous with adjustable temperature. The comfortable layout of the spaces and the attention to every detail will make you love every corner of this home. Guest access Access to the accommodation is through the condominium door (only 3 units), the apartment is on the first floor. At check-in, we'll provide you with the keys to the condominium door and the apartment. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note We offer a bathroom kit with shampoo, soap, and a shower cap. For breakfast, we provide espresso coffee (with capsules), tea and herbal teas, rusks and local artisanal cookies, jams and spreads.
