Humble apartment for rent: clean, comfortable and complete. There is an iron, towels, Smart TV and WiFi (most important). The kitchen is usable - ladles, woks and cooking pans are all provided. This 2-room apartment is suitable for renting to families, parents visiting children at UKM, UniKL, visiting close friends around Bangi and Putrajaya The concept is relaxed, there are 2 EXTRA sets of bedding and 6 pillows to use if needed. Both rooms are air-conditioned including the living room (later toto can spread out in the living room) Guest access The house is equipped with WiFi (TM Unifi) and Smart TV (Netflix and so on) All facilities can be used (on the 7th floor) Ex: Gym, swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, games room, BBQ pit, sauna etc (open from 8am - 10pm) Parking in front of the lobby only (up to 3 cars) Other things to note No pork, no alcohol policy ya ~ No party2 too, kena hormat jiran2 sekeliling ya :)
