Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Great For Cycling and Walking in the Surrey hills. Very close to Boxhill, famous on the Olympic Cycling Route. Adjacent to National Trust Woodland and Headley heath. The space Guests will have room to store muddy boots, Umbrellas etc, within the porch area. There is a small kitchen with electrical appliances including a Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Griddle and Sandwich maker. There is also a gas cooker having a four burner hob and double oven. The sitting Room has a large Sofa and a smart TV. There is a small dining area inside and outside. The Shower room and toilet are down stairs with the sleeping arrangement upstairs within the apex of the roof. Guests should take care with the restricted head room in some areas. Guest access Guests will be able to gain access by utilising a Key Lock installed within the porch. The access code will be passed on nearer your arrival date. Parking is available for one car on a private drive. Details to assist in finding the property will also be forwarded. Other things to note There is a Pub very close and a small village store that has a tea room facility. There are other pubs in the area and I will be pleased to assist in making decisions on where to visit. The House is adjacent to a National trust woodland and many other National trust properties are in the vicinity. A locked out building is available for the storage of Cycles upon request. Towels and bed linen are provided.
