Comfy bed, loveseat, WiFi, Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen, no stove but electric skillet, and toaster oven, coffee pot fridge and freezer, full bathroom with shower stocked with shampoo and conditioner Central heat and air conditioning Fire pit Charcoal bbq grill Lots of parking Guest access There is an external entrance with lots of parking and nature access. Other things to note Pets allowed, but there is not a perimeter fence. No Smoking indoors. Please enjoy the fire pit or front porch for any smoking. 1 of 2 tiny houses in a secluded area with individual private space. We dust regularly, but with the afternoon gusts there is a great chance that dust will occur between cleanings. We have a wonderful rural setting. The evenings are great and the bugs love them too.
