The space Our Cozy and bright private guest suite is a beautiful space best suited for 2 people, if 3 people are staying, a comfortable 24” high queen air bed with memory foam topper will be setup for the additional guests in the living room area. You will have 1 parking space, Private & Keyless entrance. The Suite is equipped with wifi, 65” 4K HD TV, king sized endy mattress bed in bedroom and in suite laundry in kitchen closet. Electrical Panel for the suite can be found behind the wall mirror in the living room, just lift it up and towards you to remove the mirror and access breakers. Enjoy the outdoor dining space and patio swing. Please let us know if you need anything as we live in the main house. Other things to note Electric car charger Level 2 is available upon request. This is a shared charger with the homeowner, please inquire if needed. It is a 40amp circuit with a J1772 nozzle (max charging 32-34amp) and Tesla adaptor is available.
