Downtown Sørland house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift. The space The house is located right next to Barbu park. Bring the kids to the playground and cook at the public barbecue area. Lovely place for relaxation. Here you also have a swimming area and a grocery store. Lykkensborgveien is a historic old road, and parts of this road are only pedestrian. You walk on nostalgic paths, between old houses, down to the bakery, in a few minutes. Walking distance to train station, city center and all the good restaurants the city has to offer. Other things to note There is only one parking space belonging to the house, in front of the entrance.
