9 ° North is a 2 bedroom (plus a loft) 2 bathroom house that sleeps 6. We now have a newly built Bachelors Suite Casita, built steps away from the main house that can sleep 2 more. Relax on the balcony and enjoy amazing views of the Whales Tail and Playa Ballena! The natural beauty surrounds you with frequently seen wildlife such as Toucans, Iguanas, Monkeys, and Coati's. The house boasts a very private setting with all the amenities of home. The space 9° North includes 1 Master Bedroom with it's own bathroom and another private bedroom, both with Queen size beds and AC. There is a loft above the bedrooms overlooking the living room area with 2 twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. There is a BBQ grill on the deck. A newly built Bachelors Suite Casita with AC, TV, kitchenette (full sized fridge, counter top oven, coffee maker) and private bath is now available. This has a queen sized bed in the suite to sleep 2 more. We have very stable and fast Fiber Optic Internet. There is a smart TV to connect to Netfilx in the living room area for watching movies. There is also a variety of DVD's movies for all ages, including for any young children. There are games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy relaxing in the loungers by the pool or enjoy lunch poolside at the table. Relax on the deck and enjoy the breeze and views of the Pacific Ocean. Toucans frequent the trees around the house. A Four Wheel Drive 4WD vehicle is required to access the house. The house is just above the town of Uvita, about 15 minutes up a well maintained, mountain dirt road. The area offers various activities from lounging at the beach, surfing, exploring local waterfalls, bird watching...the list goes on. Guest access Guests at 9 Degrees North have full access to the home, grounds, pool, and washer and dryer. Other things to note Please note a 4WD (Four Wheel Drive) is different than an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle, and we require you rent a 4WD vehicle in order to access the house.
