House of Strays Room 1 (Prev. Kimi Garden Oasis)

My house is centrally located, yet peaceful with a glorious garden. The house is a 4 bedroom property, I stay in one of the rooms, and rent out two of the rooms. Each room has a dedicated bathroom. Guests have full use of the kitchen, living and dining room, and front porch. You can walk to many nice cafes / bars/ restaurants within minutes. The neighbourhood is safe. I have a cat, a kitten and a puppy :) These can be kept out of bedrooms but will be around in the social spaces and garden. Other things to note I have no cleaner on the weekend so if someone checks out on a weekend the next guest availability will be Monday.
