Guest access We offer a generous check-in from 2 pm and check-out by noon, so you can make the most of every hour at Ladyburn House. You'll have exclusive-use access to the main house, gardens and spa building for the length of your stay. On arrival, the house will be open for you to settle in, explore and get your bearings, before we meet for a brief welcome orientation at a time that suits you. Other things to note Catering: Available on a self-catering or fully catered basis, with our private chef for those who'd like it. Let us know if you'd like to discuss catering options. External suppliers: For weddings and larger celebrations, we have a list of curated suppliers (photographers, florists, planners) approved to work at Ladyburn House. Details provided after booking. Transport: You will need a car, as there are limited public transport links nearby. Taxi: We can provide a list of local taxi services. Always book taxis or mini-coach hires in advance, as demand often exceeds supply. Parking: Ample free parking is available on-site, though there are no EV charging points. Children and pets: The grounds include a pond and burn without fencing, so supervision is needed for young children.
