Once gifted by Robert the Bruce and later the Dower House of the Kilkerran Estate, Ladyburn House welcomes guests into a setting of timeless beauty and quiet luxury. Guest access We offer a generous check-in time of 2 PM and check-out time at NOON to maximise your stay at Ladyburn House. You will have exclusive-use private access to the main house and the gardens, including the spa building. Upon arrival, the house will be open, and you’ll have time to settle in, explore, and familiarise yourself with the property. We will then meet with you for a brief welcome orientation at a pre-agreed time. Other things to note Catering: We offer catering services for our guests, prepared by a private chef. Please let us know if you'd like to discuss catering options. Suppliers: We have a list of curated suppliers approved to work at Ladyburn House. We will provide details after you book. Transport: You will need a car as there are limited public transport links nearby. Taxi: We can provide you with a list of local taxi services.
