The room has a private entrance and bathroom for your stay! There is a 55' TV with Netflix to relax, a dedicated work/study space. Also, the room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker ;) Please feel free to use everything that is in the room ;) The space This is a duplex house with this private room attached at the back of the house Guest access Room, bathroom, laundry and backyard Other things to note you probably is going to hear the laundry washer and dryer during your stay, but my tenants should kip out of the laundry by 9 pm
