Totally Private Guest Suite

Stay close to everything when you stay at this well-located place. 2 miles from Andrews University and 30 min from Notre Dame Enjoy Berrien Springs U-pick season, Wineries close by, and S Joe beaches. The room has a private entrance and bathroom for your stay! There is a 55' TV with Netflix to relax, a dedicated work/study space. Also, the room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker ;) Please feel free to use everything and anything that is in the room ;) The space This is a duplex house with this private room attached at the back of the house with it's own entrance Guest access Room, bathroom, laundry and backyard Other things to note you probably is going to hear the laundry washer and dryer during your stay, but my tenants should kip out of the laundry by 9 pm We have another two apartments in the building with long term tenants. please, don't park at the neighbors parking space, they are not nice about it. It's the little house at the back. if you need extra parking you can use the grass at the back of the house, even in front of the garage, because it's used just for storage. thank you!
