[Check in/out] - Check in: PM 15: 00 - Check-out: 11:00 AM [Sanitation] We receive regular paid hygiene management through a professional disinfection company. [Entertainment] We offer free Netflix Premium streaming through Smart TV. The space [Guide] - Available for 2 people by default, and up to 3 people. -For 3 people, the additional cost is 20,000 KRW and additional bedding is provided. -It is a space where you take off your shoes and live. Please take off your shoes when entering the house and store them in the shoe rack. -Absolutely no smoking indoors. Smoking may activate the fire alarm.🚭 [Room1] Room 1 is a cozy bedroom. There are 2 super single beds, air conditioner, and hangers. A dehumidifier & air purifier are provided for a pleasant environment. [Room2] Room 2 has a smart TV with free Netflix Premium. There is a sofa bed, air conditioner, and hanger, and a dehumidifier & air purifier are also provided. The sofa bed can be converted into a super single size bed, and we'll provide you with extra bedding for an additional fee per person. [Bathroom] The bathroom has been perfectly remodeled. Please expect a neat and clean toilet. Amenities include shampoo, treatment, body wash, hand wash, and dental set. [Kitchen] In the kitchen, there are facilities for simple cooking or warming up food purchased outside. Spend a comfortable and cozy time like at home.☺️ Other things to note 'Calm in Seoul' is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. Please note that due to Korean government regulations, customers with Korean nationality are not allowed to stay at our accommodation, and only foreign customers are allowed to stay. If a Korean national or a dual national with Korean nationality makes a reservation, we will have to cancel the reservation.
