The place is located in exotic Småland, a place with soul and contact with fjords and lakes. Nice starting point for walking and cycling along the Frostastien. Only 2.4 km to 2 grocery stores that are open every day. The village has a pharmacy, liquor store, hairdresser, sports center. Historic and lush peninsula, Trondheim's kitchen garden. You can go to local farm shops to buy fresh vegetables, juice, berries, potatoes, onions, herbs, meat, fish and bread, open 24 hours a day. The apartment is not luxurious, but cozy and bright. The space Apartment overlooking the garden and fjord. Located in a densely built-up alley just off Frostastien. The neighboring house, which is a holiday home, is close. The neighbors are polite and straightforward and like to greet when they are in their house. Sounds from the city center area can be heard outside the house, especially on weekends in the summer when there is life and bustle in the city center. Mostly you hear the sound of waves and birds. Trondheim is 1 hour away. Loud partying is not suitable for this place, but much else.
