Clean and comfortable, laminate flooring, heating and air. Kitchenette has all necessities and includes an air fryer, kettle, and Keurig coffee. Gas grill & covered deck with hot tub. Other things to note Per description, kitchenette does not include a microwave or oven/stove, but has a great multifunctional air fryer unit (toast, bake, roast etc.), hot water kettle, Keurig coffee maker and sink. There is a gas BBQ outside. The refrigerator is mini, so freezer space is extra mini! As noted, the second sleeping accommodation is the full-size fold out sofa bed in the living room.
