This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in Séméac, this house has a capacity for 6 people to enjoy each space. Possibility to come and stay with 8 people because extra beds are present. Close to the mountains and the sea, the city center, and beautiful places in the Pyrenees. Functional house with outdoor area, garden furniture, barbecue, swing, everything to enjoy exceptional moments with family or friends. The space House of 110m2 on green and flowered land of 400m2. At the entrance, open kitchen area overlooking a spacious and bright living room. A small hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom (shower + bathtub) and the toilet. A children's playroom is also accessible as well as the laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Outside with garden furniture, barbecue, swings. 🛏️ Sheets are provided on request for a minimum 7-night booking. 🪑Possibility to accommodate 8 people but there will not be enough stools in the kitchen area for everyone (4 available) and for the garden furniture (6 available). Enough seating for the living room table. Guest access House in Séméac, a village bordering the city of Tarbes. Two minutes from the A64 highway exit. Close to Lourdes (20 min), Toulouse (1 h), Pau (20 min), mountains (about 1 h), sea (Capbreton 1 h 20 min). Other things to note House maintenance and cleaning before checkout are to be done by guests. I will leave the house spotlessly as soon as you arrive, I look forward to pick it up!
