Nice little manor in Normandy

Our small 18th century Norman manor house is located in the heart of a village in L'Eure, on the edge of Calvados. The village, full of charm, in the middle of the fields is quiet and typical. The surroundings offer you all the attractions of Normandy, between Bernay, Pont-Audemer and the Pays d'Auge. Its central location allows you to discover a large part of Normandy: Deauville, Trouville, Le Havre or Rouen in 45 minutes, Caen 50 minutes, Lisieux 20 minutes, and in 1 hour 30 minutes Etretat and the landing beaches. The space Manor house that is both typical and old (17th - 18th century), you will succumb to its charm as we have. A former presbytery, this pretty mansion is located close to a beautiful historic 12th century church in the heart of the village, whose bells ring from 7am to 10pm. The atmosphere is there, warm! In the garden, there is a beautiful space to relax under the maple trees; beyond, there are fields as far as the eye can see and their tenants: charming Normandy cows. With two living rooms, a dining room, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet on each floor, you will appreciate the space and the adjoining rooms. We opted for a Zen decor with light and soft tones. Have a pleasant stay in our cozy space. Make yourself at home, but leave your shoes at the entrance. Your slippers are welcome. The swimming pool is a small unheated above-ground pool that is only accessible in summer Other things to note We've adopted a few eco-responsible rules. Selective sorting is in effect, Nathalie will detail it for you. Thank you for monitoring your energy consumption. However, if you are to exceed €25 in electricity consumption per day, we would be forced to apply a fee supplement. Electric vehicle charging is prohibited, you will find a public charging point in Lieurey. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental, as laundry procedures are drastic. However, if you want to enhance your stay with these options, count on €5/person for the sheets and €5/person for the towels. The house is equipped with 2 very nice wood inserts allowing you to warm up pleasantly (especially in very cold weather) to the sound of crackling, however firewood is NOT INCLUDED in the rental, please contact Nathalie to provide you with fuel.
