Newly constructed home! Nestled on 7+ acres this place has it all. Whether beautiful country sunsets overlooking a pond watching deer, ducks, & turkeys are your preference or it’s sipping coffee on the front porch rockers seeing a sunrise, this place has both. Unwind, relax, & enjoy all the area has to offer with the feeling of being at home. Located approximately 15 minutes from the EAA grounds and less than 10 minutes from multiple supper clubs on Lake Winnebago are bonus features. The space 3 bedrooms and a bonus play room fill the space of the open concept home. Currently there is a California king sized bed in the master bedroom and Queen sized bed upstairs. One bedroom is currently set up to sleep a toddler with a crib and changing table. Park in one of the garage stalls as well! Guest access Please feel free to use the bedrooms, bathrooms, play rooms kitchen and living spaces as well as the office if needed. We kindly ask guests to stay out of the master closet and the basement unless there is a weather event requiring you to enter the basement. In replacement of the master Closet, a stand up closet with hangers will Be provided in the master bedroom.
