Shuswap Lake beachfront home

This home is nestled in green space on the shore of Shuswap Lake. It has a buoy for a boat, a dock and peaceful surroundings with a private beach. The lake is wonderful for swimming or other water sports. The site has room for an RV or tent. Please note: there is a $30 nightly additional cost for an RV and the RV must be self contained. A back porch for shade and reading. Five-night min stay in July/August, unless vacancies between scheduled stays. Three-night min off season months. The space This cute little house, built in the 1950s, has a spacious living room, refreshed kitchen, new bathroom and two bedrooms, as well as covered front and back porches. Rustic but charming. Clean and well supplied with amenities. There is also a site for an RV for extra guest cost. The expansive beach is great for exploring or sunbathing. A dock is perfect for morning coffee or all day relaxing. So fun for kids. Bring sunscreen! The beds include one queen; a bunk with twin on top and double below, plus a thick foam mattress stored under bunk bed. Guest access Drive right down to the house where there is parking. There are three steps into house. More parking areas are available behind the house. There is a shared recreation space with host’s property, which is located through trees, about 50 yards away. Host is close enough to provide support if needed, but not too close to be uncomfortable. Other things to note There are no laundry facilities on site but ample bedding and towels are available. There are also public laundry machines 10 minutes away. The house does not get too warm even on hot days because of the treed location and sturdy home construction.
