Relax and unwind at Oak Lodge

Set in the peaceful Village of Watchfield, Oak Lodge is the excellent base for walking the Ridgeway or visiting the Cotswolds. Whether you're enjoying breakfast on the sun-kissed decking, or relaxing in bed whilst being serenaded by the local songbirds, you'll always find peace here. The lodge is fed by high speed broadband, making it an ideal location for couples that need to stay connected. Tea, coffee, Milk and Sugar are provided. The space Oak Lodge is a hand built lodge set in a peaceful garden setting surrounded by trees. The lodge sits within our garden but offers great privacy. You will have your own private section of the garden and the trees and shrubs obscure the view of the main house. The lodge itself offers a kitchenette with built in fridge with small freezer/ice box inside. There is a Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, 2 burner hob and small air fryer. There is a 2 seater breakfast bar which is great to sit at and watch the birds in the morning. Cling Film, Foil, Kitchen paper, salt, pepper and oil are provided, along with tea, coffee and sugar. Cleaning products are also available ☺️ There is a single wardrobe with hangers provided. Inside, you will find the hairdryer and a fan should you need it. The bathroom hosts a shower, toilet and wash basin with shaving mirror. We have Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel available in the cupboard should you need it. Towels and Washcloths are provided. There is a Double Bed and a Single fold out sofa bed which can be made up on request for an additional cost. There is also a full length mirror, a smart TV and a selection of books and games available. Outside in your mini garden, you will find deckchairs and a 2 seater bistro set to enjoy the peace of the garden. Guest access Access to the lodge is up a set of steps therefore may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please contact us for further details or to discuss your requirements. Other things to note Within the Cabin is 1 Double Bed and a Single fold out Chair Bed which can be made up on request.
