You'll also find Waitrose, Lidi, Aldi and Asda all within a mile, making it super easy to stock up during your stay.Modern 3-bed, 2.5-bath home in a quiet lakeside estate. Just a short walk to Rushden Lakes with shops, cafés, cinema, and beautiful nature trails. Peaceful area with lovely waterways and scenic walks perfect for relaxing stays. Guest access As a courtesy, please use the designated parking area on the grass under the streetlamp near the park. Front Door & Lockbox Instructions • The lockbox is located at the bottom right of the front door. • You will receive the code by picture before arrival. • When entering, please use both the top and bottom locks but note:   The top lock is a latch only and must never be locked. please don’t use the chain   The bottom lock is the main lock please ensure no one is locked out. Inside the Property • Walk straight ahead; the first door on your left is the downstairs WC. • Inside, you’ll see the alarm panel. • I will send you a video showing the alarm code and how to use it, just to reassure you During your stay Happy to help please let me know.;).a Other things to note Cleanliness • Keep the property clean and tidy. • Clean up after yourself, including the bathroom. • Hand soap is provided - turn taps off properly. • Leave the toilet seat down. • No shoes upstairs - leave them in the downstairs WC. • Keep noise low; avoid slamming doors or cupboards. Locks • Bottom lock: fire-safe, easy-open lock. Only the last person inside should lock it. • Top lock: never dead-bolt it. It is a latch only. • Make sure the latch is fully down when leaving the property.not use the chain on the door • Turn the top lock to the right so it doesn't double-lock. Parking • Do not park in front of the property - it blocks the driveway and shared access. Safety • No drugs. • No naked flames (candles, lighters, etc.). • Professional cleaning charges apply for smoking, vaping, drug use, strong odours, or unpleasant smells caused by poor hygiene, food, or alcohol. Washing Clothes •Washing clothes each load is £5 includes washing and drying. .
