The space The space This spacious 145 m² family villa offers comfortable and functional spaces, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in the best possible way. On the ground floor You will discover a large, bright living room combining a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a cozy dining area, open to the outside. A master suite has a 160 cm bed, a private bathroom with shower and sink, and direct access to the pool through a large picture window. The ground floor also includes a separate toilet and a relaxation/sports area equipped with an elliptical trainer. Upstairs A second master suite welcomes you with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with shower and sink. Two other bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed and a dressing room. An office space is also available to allow teleworking in a quiet environment. The upper floor is completed by a family bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub and two sinks, as well as a separate toilet. The exteriors Make the most of the beautiful days with a landscaped outdoor area including a large covered terrace with a pergola for your meals, garden furniture, sun loungers, swings, and a private 10 m × 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.30 m). A barbecue and green spaces complete this environment, which is conducive to relaxation and socializing with family or friends.
