Landsted - large garden - near Preikestolen/Lysefjorden

The summer residence is idyllically located with large green area around that belongs to the property. 20 min drive to parking space for Pulpit Rock. The house is built in 1927 and has a mix of old and new interiors. Kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. The house is well equipped with lots of kitchen equipment. There is a private dining room with a view of the fjord. Living room with sofa and good light. There is a private TV room with exit to the terrace. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, simple standard. The space We use this summer the accommodation ourselves, so this is furnished as a home, not a typical rental. The residence is of an older date as described. Some things have been upgraded, and some things are waiting to be upgraded. There are surfaces that are not finished, but none of these affect the use of the home. The price is low because it is not "perfect", but cozy and functional. There are 2 cots in addition to 6 regular beds. There are also toys such as Playmobil and various other things in the children's rooms. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The bathroom/toilet is on the 1st floor. Guest access The rental home is located on a farmyard with several buildings round. The surrounding buildings are not included in the rental. There is a large garden and plenty of space to park several cars on the property. Other things to note There is a cot and high chairs available. There are also plates and cups for children. Otherwise, there is no child-proofing on stairs, oven, etc.
