Blue Bay Curacao Beach Villa

Our Blue Bay Villa is a fully-detached 6-person villa, privately situated within a secluded group of villas. Lounging on the spacious veranda overlooking the palm trees, the tropical garden, and the flamingo lake next to the golf course is simply amazing. A quick stroll away from the white sandy beach, everything is in place to guarantee full relaxation! Our villa has no neighbors above or below. It is equipped with fast Internet, Apple TV, aircon, and cosy lounge furniture for your relaxation. The space Our Blue Bay Villa: - is spacious (1,668 sq ft / 155m2), for up to 6 guests, 3 bedrooms - is very close to the swimming pool - has a nice view over the tropical garden and our banana trees. Beach, restaurants, flamingo lake and the golf course are near by - new upmarket beach brasserie and other restaurants at walking distance - is one of the few fully detached villas, guaranteeing your privacy, no neighbours above or downstairs - New air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, everything is nice and clean. Enjoy the new lounge furniture on the porch. The kids usually enjoy lying down in the hammock! - Electrical barbecue is available. Our detached villa is single-story, with no neighbors above or below, and no stairs that could be dangerous for children. It is also suitable for guests with limited mobility (features like handrails are available). We have recently renovated the villa, keeping everything tidy and clean, and it’s also child-friendly (a crib, high chair, beach and pool toys, books, and games are all provided). Additionally, the villa comes with its own internet/WiFi connection and TV with Apple TV. The internet has been upgraded to a fast and stable fiber-optic connection. Both 220v and 110v outlets are available, and there are plenty of adapter plugs as well. Enjoy the new lounge furniture on the porch! All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning, and the larger rooms and veranda are equipped with ceiling fans. Guest access The villa is located in a tranquil area, very close to the swimming pool and just a three-minute walk to the beach. The beach offers bars, a restaurant, a top-notch ocean-view brasserie, and a dive shop. It's also situated next to the golf club house and in proximity to the gym and tennis court. Our guests enjoy free, unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the beach with sunbeds, pool, restaurants, bars, kids club, diving, golf, and tennis court. Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf and Beach resort with 24-hour security, making it child-friendly and very safe. As our villa is fully detached without any stairs, it is also suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access. Divers will appreciate the convenience of storing their heavy equipment next to the main entrance without the need to carry it upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and a local supermarket is just a five-minute drive away. Alternatively, we recommend enjoying the beach restaurant for dinner or breakfast! Bed linen, towels, and large beach towels are provided. For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine. Beach toys and snorkeling sets are available for the kids. We recently upgraded our WiFi connection to a fast fiber connection, and AppleTV is also available in the villa. Additionally, there is free WiFi at the beach. In the villa, you will find both 220v and 110v current. Other things to note After you have booked with Airbnb, you can opt for optional extras. It is important to use water and energy on the island consciously and economically. That is why usage of Aircons (the related electricity bill) is an optional extra. We bill this through the Airbnb Resolution Center, based on the actual meter readings and the official rates as published by the local utility company. At average usage, the weekly aircon costs are limited. We settle the aircon utility bill at the check-out by offsetting it with a USD 250 deposit you made for optional extras in the Airbnb Resolution Center. Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort is a beautiful, quiet and safe resort with a lot of privacy. We therefore ask you to be considerate with the other guests and avoid noise between 10PM and 8AM. At some locations of the Blue Bay resort, the site is expanded from time to time, which entails construction work. This is not in the immediate vicinity of our villa. Blue Bay Village is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. This also means that various tropical animals live there, such as lizzards, insects and birds. In addition there is a Blue Bay Cats program. These cats, which are fed and are taken medical care of, make sure that small rodents do not feel at home in our neighborhood. Please do not feed the cats yourself.
