The space The loft, located on the second floor, has been carefully designed to give you maximum comfort. The sleeping area offers a double bed, a sofa bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV. In addition, you'll find a spacious dining room that can also serve as a workspace if you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking, and the refrigerator offers enough space to store your food. The bathroom, comfortable and spacious, complements this exceptional lodging experience. Guest access Check-in is automatic and details are sent before arrival. Other things to note We want your stay with us to be comfortable, honest, and authentic. Therefore, we share the following information that we consider important so that everything flows simply and clearly during your visit. Building: The loft is located in a mixed-use building with a simple and functional facade. A water purifier operates on the ground floor. It is a practical and conveniently located building, ideal for those who value comfort and good value for money. Location: The building is located on a commercial and residential avenue, where everything you need is within walking distance. Nearby you will find pharmacies, self-service stores such as Bodega Aurrera, Asturiano and Oxxo, as well as cheap kitchens, taquerías, bakeries, hardware stores, butcher, chicken shop and fish shop. There is also a gym, beauty salon, barber shop, tortilla stand, stationery store, dairy, greengrocer and many other local businesses that will make your day-to-day life easier. It's important to mention that we're not in a tourist area, but in a place with daily and functional life. When booking, you consciously choose this location, perfect for those looking for authenticity and proximity to the essentials. It has a double bed and a sofa bed that extends for comfort. Early check-in: If you'd like to check in early, please note that there is an additional fee for this service. It is available from 1:00 PM and requires prior authorization. We recommend giving advance notice to help you and ensure availability. Cleaning: During your stay, you are responsible for keeping your space clean. As we are not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping. We do not have laundry service or laundry area, but within a 5-minute walk you will find two paid laundries available. For stays of 7 days or more, we change sheets and towels at no additional cost. Parking: We do not have official parking. There is an unmarked space that may sometimes be available for small vehicles; however, it is not assigned or supervised, so we cannot guarantee its availability. Invoicing: If you need an invoice, an additional 16% VAT fee will apply. This amount will be included in the total and processed through the platform.
