Gîte with private Nordic bath and pool

Charming cottage with private indoor pool heated to 30° from April to October and private Nordic bath from November to March. The pool is covered/uncovered by a telescopic enclosure for beautiful swimming in all weather. In a green setting, our gîte is in the quiet of the countryside but close to all services. 4 people max/Pets not allowed Come and relax for a weekend, a week or more... with your partner, friends or family in a warm atmosphere The space Located in a green setting, between Rouen and Amiens, in the village of Massy very close to Neufchâtel-en-Bray (76270), our Gîte "Le Temps du Bonheur" is quiet in the countryside but close to all shops and 5 minutes from 2 A28 / A29 motorway exits. It is on our 1 1/2 hectare property without any vis-à-vis. It is close to our house but not overlooked and it is completely independent of ours. From April to October, you can enjoy its private pool of 8m x 4m covered and heated to 30 degrees. It is covered by a telescopic shelter which allows you to enjoy beautiful swimming even in rainy weather while staying warm or enjoying the beautiful sun while leaving the shelter totally open. *New in spring 2025*: Private Nordic bath right in front of the cottage! What a joy to lounge in the hot water and enjoy the silence of the countryside...relaxation and a moment of well-being assured! Nordic bath accessible every day from November to March, and from April to October if you wish you can enjoy it in addition to the swimming pool (extra charge): 1 free session for any booking of 1 week minimum! We only have 1 gite, so the swimming pool and hot tub are exclusively for you. However, when you are not there, we can ourselves enjoy it with the utmost respect for the privacy of our vacationers (you are naturally a priority!) We have taken care to furnish and tastefully decorate this cozy little nest that can accommodate up to 4 people maximum. With its resolutely quiet environment and warm atmosphere, this cottage will seduce you! It offers all the sweetness of a small charming house ensuring exceptional comfort ideal for relaxing and enjoying a relaxing stay. Approximately 55m2 and step-free, it consists of: - a bright living room with open kitchen and living room overlooking the terrace. The seating area is equipped with a large smart TV and wifi is free. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction electric stove, multi-function oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker... and of course all the necessary dishes. - One bathroom with shower and vanity. Hairdryer available. - an independent toilet - a first bedroom for 2 people with a king size bed (180x200) and high-end bedding for optimal comfort. The little extra: a bright ceiling light with color variations equipped with a built-in Bluetooth speaker for a romantic atmosphere...! - a second bedroom with a trundle bed that allows 2 beds of 90 x 200 Blackout curtains on the windows of the 2 bedrooms. - South facing terrace (fully fenced) with quality garden furniture - Private swimming pool of 8m x 4m, heated to 30 degrees and covered or discovered by a telescopic shelter - Family Nordic bath (wood heated, ideally to 39°C + or - depending on your request) - Sunbeds and sun loungers are available for your naps wherever you want in the garden area of the cottage - Barbeque - Aromatic herbs available just in front of the cottage (thyme, chives, rosemary, basil, tarragon, sage, borage, mint...) - Private parking. You will enter through a motorized gate and a paved driveway independent of that of the owners will take you to the cottage.
