Room to stay - near Snowdonia, Chester, Wrexham.

Room to rent or stay, an hour from snowdonia national park, eryri. Only 40mins from Chester & Wrexham for city goers. Students working in hospitals ideal too, as 30mins from GlanClwyd Hospital. Country market town with lots of character, just a short walk into the centre showing ruthin in its full glory. I will also be living there but a private bathroom for guests / lodger available, and shared living space, garden, kitchen and downstairs toilet. I have a dog who’s quiet and friendly. The space In a new build housing estate, a short walk away from Ruthin town centre. Guest access Guests will have access to the spare room, 4’ bed, main bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen and living space. They will also have access to the back garden, and a space on the driveway. There may have to be discussions with host about parking as will also be in residence. No more than 2 guests and should anyone else be invited to the property, to discuss with host prior please. May be additional charge for second guest if longer than 2 nights. Discuss with host. Thank you and excited to have you stay! During your stay Host will be around and living in the property but option to socialise is not required. Other things to note Ensure the bedroom door is shut, as Fred (dog) might want to join, and get cosy there. Ruthin Park Run 5 min walk away.
