This will be monitored by CCTV. **Air Conditioning:** - For safety reasons, always switch off the air conditioning and all electric devices before leaving the unit. - The air conditioning must not be left on when you are going out. **Cleaning Service:** - We offer a cleaning service that includes cleaning the room, changing the sheets, and providing fresh towels. This service can be requested at any time for a cost of 600 pesos. - Alternatively, you can request separate services: a cleaning fee of 300 pesos and new sheets and towels for an additional 300 pesos. **Check-in and Check-out:** - Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm. - Check-out time is 11 am. **Additional Fees and Penalties:** - Smoking inside the unit incurs a penalty of 10000 pesos. - Parking is available inside the building for a fee of 500 pesos per night. - A one-time pet fee of 2000 pesos is applicable. - A penalty of 1000 pesos is charged for any stains on the bedding. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee of 300 pesos per hour. ***Elevator Access The elevator operates manually.
