Newly launched seafront apartment which is set right on the Sliema promenade and located in the heart of the most exclusive part of Sliema, comes with beautiful views of open sea and of St Julians Bay. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and shops. The bus stop is just on your doorstep making it even easier to get around on the island. This accommodation makes a lovely holiday home for families, couples as well as individuals who are planning to visit Malta. The space This accommodation, which is located on the 5th floor, features a lovely living and dining area combined with a terrace directly overlooking the rocky beach. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen which includes a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, inbuilt washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more. This apartment has 2 very spacious double bedrooms both with their own ensuite. Main bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe and the second bedroom comes with a modern ensuite shower. There also is an extra guest toilet. This holiday home is fully airconditioned with each room having its own separate ac unit making it easier to control temperature as required. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Over and above, we also provide you with complimentary toiletries (shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper) and a kitchen pack (tea, coffee, sugar, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc). You will have enough of these items to cover your whole stay. Plus, we might also throw in some extras but we will leave this as a surprise for when you check-in. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed out on the terrace. Wifi throughout all apartment Lift available in the common parts You have exclusive use of the apartment during your stay. Our lock box facilities mean that you can let yourself in at any time after 3.00pm, so no need to worry about flight times. However, we always try our very best to do a personalized check-in. Cot available upon request at booking stage AC usage is free for reasonable everyday use, however after a certain reasonable limit you would need to add more coins to operate (saves wasteful usage and the environment) Other things to note: • Sorry, no pets allowed • Strictly no partying or loud noise inside the apartment and also when entering and leaving the apartment block. This way we respect our neighbours and abide by the local strict noise policies. Therefore you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours. Not abiding to these rules can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. • The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. • If you require an early check-in, please contact us and we will check if this is possible • Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. • Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. You will also be provided with our full contact details for peace of mind. • Once the booking is confirmed we will create a chat. This way it is easy for us to communicate together prior to check-in, during your stay and for check-out. • No additional guests which are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a fee per night could be charged for the extra guest • Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own • Eco contribution tax on accommodation charged to guests aged 18 years old and over isn't included in the price. The rate of tax is charged at EUR 0.50 per person per night up to a maximum of EUR 5.00 per person per stay.
