Single-storey villa with heated pool for a family of 7. Quiet but close to the port and its entertainment as well as many activities including tennis, horse riding, boating and beach. The space Living/dining room with very spacious American kitchen, directly overlooking the terrace and pool by opening two large bay windows. The entrance/laundry room allows you to do laundry. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets for comfort. Full kitchen, with 500-liter fridge/freezer. Teak garden furniture, plancha BBQ, deckchairs, sun loungers... around the pool and garden. Guest access The entrance/laundry room, large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are available. The 12 m x 3.5 m x 1.5 m deep pool is heated. One bedroom and the garage are closed to guests. Other things to note The swimming pool requires compliance with safety instructions for people who cannot swim (young children and/or the elderly) and the use of the roller shutter in accordance with the instructions recalled in the manual and by displays in the villa.
