Lake view from both houses and the terrace. There is a double bed and a bunk bed in the main house. In the guest house there is a sofa bed. Two newly-renovated bathrooms. Amenities such as Jacuzzi, fireplace, washing machine, barbecue, fully-equipped kitchen, generous patio with several seating and cozy areas. Boat in Lake Salen. Electric car can be charged for a fee. Warm welcome! The space The main house, 80 m2: Newly-built large cottage with open floor plan for kitchen, living room with dining room section and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hall. Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm Bedroom 2: bunk bed 2x 90 cm The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and capsule machine for coffee, toaster etc. TV with Apple puck. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer and plenty of storage. Heat pump with AC in the hall, elements in all rooms. Wood-burning stove by dining area and TV room. A total of three exits to the wooden deck (120 m2) with stunning water views! Guest house, 15 m2: Newly-built guest house with open floor plan, sofa bed 150 cm, coffee table, dresser and wardrobe. Heat pump with AC, radiator in bathroom. Bathroom with plenty of storage. Direct exit to seating on the large wooden deck facing the lake. Here you can brew the first cup of coffee of the day without having to go into the main house. Life should be simple and wonderful! Cleaning included. Guest access Duvets and pillows are available in both the main house and the guest house. Beach toys, life jackets and simple fishing rods, etc. are available. In the main house there are board and card games for both children and adults. Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Other things to note Jacuzzi is available to rent and it costs SEK 1,000 for 1 week. The price includes filling with chlorinated water and heating to about 38 degrees. Towels and sheets are available to rent. Free parking is available outside the cottage. We can offer charging for electric cars at a separate cost. Distance by car: About 10 minutes by car to Alvesta 25 minutes to Växjö 5 minutes to Tyrolen in Blädinge (60s party place/folk park with many activities) 15 minutes to Huseby Bruk (estate where time stopped about 100 years ago, well-preserved with restaurant, museum, shops, park and garden)
