Completely renovated and redesigned in 2024, this artsy space will invigorate your creativity. Enjoy your private, dog-friendly, fenced in backyard as an extension of your living space and soak in Colorado's 300+ days of sun! This location is a stone's throw from Broadway, Speer, 6th Avenue, Santa Fe Art District, and downtown. The space Enter through the fully-fenced backyard into the stunning carriage house. Lounge and sink into the large corner sectional while enjoying a movie and enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout from the plentiful restaurants within walking distance. The living space flows right into the kitchen and dining space, and the bedroom is divided by a custom industrial door. The bedroom is spacious and features a king memory foam bed, a desk that can function as a regular desk, a standing desk, or a drafting table for our creative guests. Adorning the king bed is a dried floral installation by Stazi of Juniper and Honey. The bathroom was completed restructured and modernized to be both beautiful and functional. The yard features an outdoor lounge furniture, string lights and raised vegetable and flower beds. Appreciate sustainabilitiy alongside beauty. In-unit washer and dryer is tucked into a closet in the bedroom. This property is one half of a duplex. Guest access The entire carriage house is yours, as is the large, private fenced-in yard. Off street parking is shared with the front unit (1 spot each). There is a walkway to the left of the front unit for a private front entrance. Other things to note There is one wall shared with the front unit, so please be mindful of noise. The front unit's outdoor space is outside the wall of the bedroom and we expect guests in the front unit to follow all house rules for noise as well. Parking area is shared - one spot per unit.
