La Grenouillère is located in the heart of the Périgord Vert. Large house of 300 m2 dating from 1810 and surrounded by a wooded park of 1 hectare, it offers a setting conducive to relaxation and calm. The space You will enjoy a large double bedroom with garden view, a private bathroom and a living room/library with a TV. A 2nd bedroom can complete this suite to accommodate one to two extra people. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a large terrace, garden and free private parking. You will stay 5 minutes from the village of Piégut Pluviers and its pleasant Wednesday market, 10 minutes from the Grand Étang de St Estèphe and its beach, 30 minutes from Brantôme and 45 minutes from Angoulême. You will have the opportunity to practice different activities in the surrounding area, such as biking, hiking, swimming, canoeing and paddleboarding.
