The house is located in the Marinas Condominium, at the entrance to Angra, next to the Piratas Shopping Mall (restaurants, movie theaters, stores, marinas), near the Santa Luzia Pier (where all the tours to the Angra islands depart), close to the fish market and downtown Angra. There are 4 en-suites, all with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. I provide a maid for daily house cleaning and another person who takes care of the daily pool cleaning Other things to note The pool is part of the house; private I do not offer bath towels or pool towels I offer bed linens, blankets, duvets I do not accept animals The house has cameras and they cannot be turned off or unplugged under any circumstances, under penalty of immediate departure from the property. I am not responsible for any lack of water or electricity due to weather events such as rain, wind, etc. I offer a person who will take care of cleaning the pool and another person to clean from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to keep the bathrooms and house clean, and help with washing dishes that may not be washed.
