Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This is a wonderful home away from home that is clean, upscale, and nicely designed on a large lot with a beautiful circular driveway. Enjoy the awesome backyard with Pool and Spa and real grass. Furniture and beds are comfortable and great quality. Enjoy a family meal in this fully stocked kitchen as well. This home is located in a very nice family neighborhood. The space -Smoking outside is allowed as long as you shut the doors to the property and no smoke goes inside. -Pets are allowed with a $250 per pet cleaning fee so can upholstery clean all of the fabric furniture. Guest access Pool/spa access with heatings fees paid. 👍 Other things to note $25/day utilities Pool/Spa heating: Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) Pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if pool heating is purchased) is: Spring/Summer price: $179 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. Fall/Winter price: $225 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool which will be the starting date of the minimum amount of 3 days. Please let us know what days and times you want the spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay. BBQ has a propane tank. We provide tanks. If they are empty, please fill them nearby but don't forget to check the brand. If you wish us to bring a full tank one of our team members can set it up for an additional fee of $69. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like one provided. Please clean it after you use it. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
