The space Read a book on the terrace, delighted by the sound of a stream not far away and the sound of the wind in the trees, refreshed by a cool sea breeze, dine under a patio of stars, walk along mountain paths of extraordinary beauty, or relax in the pool, visit nearby and distant beaches or reach historical, artistic or archaeological sites of incomparable beauty in a few minutes. All this, and much more, is Albori Rooftop Suite! The apartment is located in the municipality of Vietri sul Mare, in the hamlet of Albori, a white outpost of Paradise, on the upper floor of the residential complex 'Castello di Albori' immersed in a beautiful and lush garden. The apartment is on the second floor (11 steps from the entrance of the door). Entering the apartment, you access the living room by climbing 10 steps (see photo). VERY BRIGHT apartment, LIGHT EVERYWHERE. The location of the apartment is nothing short of extraordinary. It has an area of 55 square meters. It has a living room, a study area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a terrace. The space Located in a dominant position, the apartment has a private terrace of 10 square meters from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen via an iron staircase with 10 steps (see photo). The terrace is protected from the sun by a tent, and has everything you need for a romantic aperitif at sunset or a family dinner. The kitchen, study corner, and living area overlook the sea. The bedroom has a French double bed 140 x 190 A second bed is available in the living area by opening a comfortable sofa bed. A camping cot is available upon request. The rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment is equipped with TV, 4G WI-FI, radio, WASHING MACHINE, Nespresso, grill plate and much more. Sheets and towels will be delivered upon arrival. A beautiful condominium pool is available FROM JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 15. It is not allowed to host people other than those registered. As this is a very quiet solution, parties or shouting are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. We love animals, but due to condominium rules and the type of apartment, we are unfortunately forced not to accept them. NB: Although some guests appreciate the location to enjoy the TRANQUILITY offered by the place and explore on foot the countless MOUNTAIN TRAILS among which the complex is located, the availability of a vehicle, car or motorcycle is recommended, in fact it allows quick transfers to the countless locations within a few kilometers (impossible to list them all). The PRIVATE AND FREE parking, the proximity to the highway make the location of the apartment ideal. (The cost of parking on the Amalfi coast can be up to 8-15 euros/hour!!!). Parking at Albori Rooftop suite is safe and free! The distance from the sea is about 2 km, the nearest beach is Marina di Albori and you need to walk several steps to reach it. The public beach of Cetara can be reached in a few minutes by car (3 km) and has ample parking a few meters from the beach. It is very famous for windsurfing. The distance between the Amalfi State Road and the property is about 900 meters, entirely accessible by car, the stretch of road is uphill so take it into account if you do not have a vehicle. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator (15 steps in total). From inside the apartment, you can reach the terrace via a staircase with 9 steps. Take these aspects into account in the case of guests with mobility limitations. Self check-in is possible. The swimming pool is usually available from June 15 to September 15. The swimming pool is for condominium use, its use is regulated and is not allowed during cleaning or maintenance operations. How to access the apartment: By Car: Take the Amalfi State Road 163 from Vietri sul Mare. 2.3 km from Vietri sul Mare, you will be at the entrance of the private road that leads to the property. An automatic bar will delimit access, on the right side immediately after a bridge (photos will be sent). The road after the barrier and up to the property is entirely accessible by car. About 800 meters after the bar, turn onto the bridge on the RIGHT. A few dozen meters and you will reach the private parking lot. After parking, access the property by keeping to the left corridor. On foot: From Salerno - Via Vinciprova (download timetables), or from Vietri, take the SITA SUD BUS, the stop is on the Amalfi State Road 163 at the "Albori straight". The SITA stop is a short walk from the access bar to the 1.3 km private road that leads to the apartment. The private road is uphill, so take this into account if you arrive on foot with bulky or heavy luggage. Other things to note I am available for any clarification.
