The space you will love the place because of the security and convenience it offers being on a neighbourhood mini mall. The area is residential and has minimal busy city drama while accessing the CBD is easy. Guest access You can use the basement parking for free and access the rooftop if you want to enjoy evening sunsets and a morning sunbathe. Other things to note we stay as a small community with the neighbours in the building and we request that you be respectful to our neighbours and minimise noise pollution all the time.
