A private members only dock on the Matanzas river with a sitting area and fishing area for guests within a short walk in the neighborhood as well as multiple walking and multi use trails. This is a family oriented, quiet, safe area, not a neighborhood where you can have a party or have music playing late at night. Our wonderful neighbors are in hearing range and loud noises or voices outside after 11 pm is not allowed. Please respect our neighbors. Other things to note $55/day additional for pool heat on request. Pool can take up to 6 hours for heating to desired temperature. Air temperature must be above 75° for effective pool heat. The pool heat cannot be guaranteed.
