The space New house, fully equipped, porcelain and granite throughout the property, 5-meter ceiling height at the top, living room with 50'' smart TV, comfortable sofa, full kitchen/bar with granite countertop, barbecue and steakhouse, bathrooms with a retro touch, American-style fireplace to enjoy that wine in front of in the winter, or enjoy that sparkling wine on the edge of the beautiful pool with spa and night lighting that give that charming touch. In the rooms, 32" smart TVs, heater, fan, closet, table, mirror, stool and nightstand with lamp, clean and quiet environment. The owner lives nearby (one house over). At check-in, he hands over the keys in person, shows the house and explains its features and other pertinent details, and is available to assist with tourist information or support with the house if needed. Guest access Access to the house is private, via a staircase with 39 steps until you reach the flat part of the garden, without a closed garage for cars, but you can park on the street in front of the house, the place is quiet, safe and guarded by security cameras. Other things to note The house is not accessible to people who have mobility difficulties, due to stairs present in the property.
