Check-in time : 3 pm ; Check-out time : 12pm (noon). 2. Upon checking-in, guests are required to settle the full payment for the stay. 3. The following are NOT ALLOWED in the homestay premises: Smoking (indoors), Durians, Alcohol Consumption & Pets. 4. Losing the House Keys or car park access card is subject to a penalty of RM 100.00. 5. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost. Please DO NOT step on the sofa. 6. Kindly dispose any trash in the trash bin/garbage bag provided. 7. Kindly inform of any damaged items in the homestay to the management. 8. Save our planet - Guests are advised to switch off all lights, fan and air-conditioner and water taps when are not in use. 9. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders. 10. Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator. 11. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed at all times. 12. The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. The guests will be notified should there be item left behind unintentionally. However, the owner will not be held responsible for missing items. 13. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after use. 14. Quiet time after 10 pm as we have neighbors around us. 15. Parties or Events are allowed, provided everything are cleaned afterward. 16. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Check-out Procedure 1. Standard check-out time is 12pm 2. Late check-out is subject to availability 3. Kindly switch off all the lights, fans, and air-cons 4. Put the keys back to the letterbox and inform us once you checked out 5. When exit, you do not need the access card to open the gate. Our security guards will open the gate for you 6.
