This unique AirBnb is nestled on a gorgeous 170 year old historic property. The main house adjacent to the AirBnb is open daily to the public and includes a coffee shop and boutique. Surrounded by natural beauty and steeped in civil war history, this is the perfect spot to relax and explore the wonderful town of Spring Hill. After a restful night on our serene property, explore the fun entertainment, dining and cultural experiences of Nashville, Franklin and Columbia. The space The Airbnb is located on the second floor of the cottage. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, sitting area, and coffee station. The secondary bedroom has a pullout sofa that turns into a queen sized bed. There is one bathroom located in the hallway across from the secondary bedroom. The property also hosts a main house that is used as a coffee shop and event venue. Guest access Guests can use the second story of the cottage which is the designated AirBnB space. Guests also have access to the coffee house during regular business hours of 7AM-3PM weekdays and 7AM-2PM Saturdays which is located adjacent to the AirBnB in the main house. Other things to note The Airbnb is located on a public historic property that boasts a coffee house (open daily except Sunday) and event venue. At times there will be private events taking place in the main house (not the Airbnb cottage) and on the main property. The Airbnb is closed off to the public and is completely private and safe for our guests. There is a reserved parking space for Airbnb guests. The Airbnb was built in 1984. It sits in the middle of 5.5 acres of nature preserve. It is common to see deer, beaver, raccoons and other little critters, including bugs from time to time. The property is beautifully maintained with extra measure taken to ensure bugs and rodents remain far away!
