Woodland retreat on Sandy balls

Woodland Retreat is a two-bedroom holiday hide inspired by it's idyllic scenery within the heart of the New Forest. The large living area boasts beautiful large doors, bringing the outside in. Modern kitchen with plenty of storage, domestic oven, cooker hood and dishwasher, making it as easy as cooking at home. Stunning master room with its own deep bath. Sandy Balls facilities include; Gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, Restaurant, Arcade, Village Store, Cycle Centre & Spa treatments. The space One Master bedroom with open bath area and separate WC. Modern family shower room. Further bedroom which sleeps 3 via bunk beds and one single bed. Large open kitchen/ dining area and living area. There are 4 smart TV's (one in front of the bath concealed as a mirror until switched on). Raised enclosed decking area with outside furniture and a bbq tray attached to the decking rails (please do not light coals on the tray and only use disposable bbq’s - these are available to purchase in the onsite shop) Guest access You will have sole use of the whole lodge. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, bed sheets (3 single beds, 1 king size) and towels. Tea towels and hand towels provided. There will also be basic condiments, cleaning products etc provided for you to use. Site Passes are required to use site facilities such as swimming pool (pre booking required via Sandy Balls website) and restaurants etc Cost of passes per group are as follows for groups of up to 6: PEAK - 2-6 nights £43 7-9 nights £76 10-14 nights £108 OFF PEAK - 2-6 nights £32 7-9 nights £40 10-14 nights £57 Passes are ordered via the Away Resorts website or at the main reception at the entrance to the holiday village.
