The beach is 10 minutes walking distance and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within a short distance. The space There are two lounges downstairs. "Ocean lounge" overlooks the bay and features a TV with streaming services while "piano lounge" features a baby grand piano and an honesty bar in an open plan living area that also includes the modern kitchen, a dining table, and a fireplace. One ensuite guest room is located downstairs, with a view of the garden and the pool. There is also an office downstairs, from where you can partially see the ocean. The entire downstairs area has access to the deck, pool, and garden with indigenous plants. The other four bedrooms are upstairs, all equipped with individual balconies. The spacious ensuite master bedroom overlooks the bay. It also features a cozy study nook with stunning views. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms and boast beautiful mountain views. "Mountain lounge" upstairs overlooks the mountain range and features a projector with streaming services. A gas braai (BBQ) is, of course, available and the splash pool includes a child safety cover. The garage can accommodate two cars. The home is equipped with solar panels and JoJo tanks in case of load shedding (power cuts) or water shortages. It is not located in a security estate but has an electric fence and an alarm connected to an armed response. Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
