Ideal house to spend quality time and enjoy with family and friends, whether to enjoy the tranquility and security of the condominium, or to enjoy the city's countless leisure items and local cuisine. Our house accommodates 16 people, has 5 suites and 1 bedroom. If necessary, we can accommodate up to 20 people, providing extra single beds (requested at the time of booking). The space All rooms have air conditioning. In total, there are 5 bathrooms with electric shower and 1 toilet. Spacious living room with glass doors, smart TV and dining table for 6 people. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, air fryer, water dispenser, toaster, pans and utensils, crockery and table for 8 people. In the outdoor area we have a gourmet space with barbecue, horizontal freezer, bench and large table for 18 people and pool table. We provide bed and bath linen. Guest access Condominium with complete leisure area including swimming pool, island with barbecue, trails, Zen space, golf course, tennis courts, beach tennis and football, horse and buggy rides, little farm, sugarcane juice and cachaça tasting, pedal boat, restaurant and chapel.
