Welcome to Saquahome Beach House! We prepare every detail with great care. Our house is complete, very spacious, cozy and well ventilated. Very peaceful place, with lots of space, with detailed cleaning and organization. The pool area is protected with a wall, railings and gate, to increase safety for children. Live a different experience and renew your energy in our space.. The space It is located on a plot of 720 m², with spaces for eight cars. It has a beautiful tiled pool, very fast Wifi, sound equipment and LED TVs with Netflix and hundreds of cable channels. It also has a wonderful fully equipped gourmet area. A suite and two bedrooms with very clean bedding were prepared to accommodate our visitors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. For Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and Holy Week, reservations can be closed by specific packages for these holidays. Send a message so I can serve you in the best way. Guest access The entire house is intended for the use of our guests. We are committed to leaving everything organized for a pleasant stay and to fully meet expectations, in a correct, fair and very cordial manner. Everyone is very welcome, and it is a great pleasure for us to welcome you. Other things to note The water tanks are kept full by pumps, which are operated by the couple who live in the back house. The electricity consumption will be partially compensated by reading the energy meter. The amount charged is R$1.00 (one real) per kWh, which corresponds to a portion of the real energy cost. We offer a 15 kWh allowance per day of stay, as a courtesy, and only the amount exceeding this amount will be charged.
