The space Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, high-quality bedding, a powerful wall fan, a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. Other amenities: Parking: Available free of charge on site. Shared compact kitchen: Equipped to prepare your meals, with electric stove, sink, utensils and access to the shared freezer (Request use in advance). Living areas: Free space in the ground floor lounge. Cleaning: Cleaning services offered daily (optional). Guest access Guests can use the parking lot, main hall and other living areas. The rooms are on the second floor of the building (with access via stairs), which has, in addition to the bathroom in the room, a collective bathroom on the first floor. We sell water in bottles, soda and canned beer. Other things to note We are located in the Matinha neighborhood, near the city center. According to Google Maps data, the main distances from tourist attractions are: 25-minute walk, 3-4 minutes by car or motorcycle to Praça da Cultura. 12-minute walk, 2-minute drive or motorcycle ride from the Federal University of Pará. 1 hour walk, 12 to 15 minutes by car or motorcycle from Aldeia Beach.
