This brand new, well equipped one bedroom basement apartment, situated on a leafy road in the heart of Sale, South Manchester. 12 minutes’ walk to Sale town centre, where you will find excellent transport connections to the city centre, Altrincham, old Trafford and the Ethiad via the Metrolink, and two-minute walk from a bus stop that takes you straight into central Manchester. Sale also has plenty of great restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The space The space This modern flat (is below our family home) and is reached via steps to a separate private entrance at the rear of the house. Fully equipped kitchen including tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and pans should you wish to cook. Table and chairs (can double up as a workstation). The spacious double bedroom come equipped with TV, Wardrobe, draws, and a futon ideal for friends or kids to share the room. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board available. The modern, stylish bathroom includes a large shower, bath, sink and toilet. The hand made natural terracotta tiles feel luxurious on the feet. We reside above the property and can be on hand for any questions you may have, but you are free to come and go as you please. Guest access Access to the apartment is via driveway (which will be your designated parking space) & through garden gate to the right. Private entrance is down some steps. Other things to note Extra guests staying overnight during your stay will incur a charge of £29 per person per night & this must be made at the time of booking, otherwise there will be charge of £45 per person per night without prior notice. No smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. No loud music at any time, for the consideration of the neighbours & the host living above the apartment. We take guest saftey very seriously - provided is fire blanket and extinguisher and 3 access points if needed to evacuate in emergency via access door to outside external steps, access window or internal steps to upstairs of the main property.
