The Loupsat estate is located on the Côte Landaise, 1 km from Lake Léon and 6 km from the ocean. It is a property of almost 3 hectares in which you can rent one of our 2 lodges by a private pond, making it a unique place. You will have access to a saltwater and heated swimming pool, fenced and secured for children and with a bar. You can also relax by playing a game of pétanque or cool off in the stream that borders the property. The space The 2 chalets, Oyat and Albizia, are identical and single-story. With an area of 60 m2, they have a covered terrace with a table to have meals, another terrace at the edge of the pond with garden furniture, deckchair and gas barbecue allows you to relax while observing the koi carp. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a living room with satellite TV from which you can observe the panorama through a large bay window. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200), a satellite TV and air conditioning, the other has 2 twin beds of 90 x 200 that can be combined to make a double bed. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete the accommodation. Internet is available via Wi-Fi in each accommodation. 2 parking spaces are located at the back of each of the lodges.
