PRIVATE SUITE in a beautiful charming property 12 km from Caen, 30 minutes from the sea and close to Suisse Normande and many nature activities. Large bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, possibility of a second bedroom with sofa bed, shower room, separate toilet. Breakfast is included . Large, very quiet, walled garden, terrace with sun loungers near the pool, shaded areas. The pool is heated in season. Parking in the enclosed courtyard. The space Old house with large volumes that we recently renovated while preserving as much as possible the period elements (tiles, fireplaces, floors). The bedroom has new and comfortable bedding (160 cm), shutters and light-blocking curtains. Bed linen and towels provided. Breakfast (included) served either on the terrace or indoors depending on the weather. Guest access Access to the room via the main staircase of the house, I will welcome you to hand you the keys. You will be able to park your vehicle in the inner courtyard of the house. The bedroom has a lock. During your stay I will be on site during your stay and reachable by phone at any time. Other things to note The room does not allow self check-in as it is located in our house without direct access to the outside. This is an old house that has been carefully renovated, the floors can sometimes creak... or the doors can squeak... The environment is very quiet but you can hear the little birds in the morning and the owl that lives on one of our chimneys calling its young.
